No go on Saturday

It doesn't look like we have enough people today. Only Dimas and myself were ready to go (I just read that DL's post that will be available at 3). I'll try again tomorrow at 3:30 eastern and hopefully we can make it happen.

Preparation for this

Just so everyone knows, Dav has picked 2pm EDT Saturday 22nd as the time/date for this run.

I personally wont be able to come to help out as I have a prior RL commitment.

I would recommend strongly everyone read this guide before going to this. Mea is the absolute worst of the 3 Promies, and you will need to come prepared. I honestly wouldn't attempt this one unless you have a full 6 sets of anima.

I would also recommend strongly that everyone silence their party macros. The battle gets really intense and useless party chatter should be cut to a minimum. You may think that a macro that spams "OMGZ I'm casting Fire!" is humorous, but in hectic battles they are just annoying and can prevent you from seeing actual important information in party chat.

Also, for any SMNs or BLMs that are coming to this, watch your spells. Use light spells to check the elemental weakness to the boss and then use the more serious ones to nuke him. Nothing is worse than losing one of these just because your nukes are ineffective.

IMO, the Mea boss is the toughest of the three. You will need 6 sets of anima.

If the run is on a Saturday, prior to 6PM EDT or on Sunday prior to 3PM EDT, I can help out.

Let me know, will farm anima based on your response.

How many anima's can we hold on ourselves at one time?? Also, Natashab and myself would like to participate in this wekend's Promy Run.

Anima are rare/ex, so you can only hold one complete set at a time.

That being said, there are some "tricks" you can do to hold more. First, you can hold the recollections needed to make another set while you have the first set. Second, you can have the NPC "store" a single anima while you already have that anima by trading him the recollection.

Thus, you can hold the following:
INVENTORY
* Hysteroanima
* Psychoanima
* Terroanima
* Recollection of Pain
* Recollection of Fear
* Recollection of Guild

NPC:
* One of any of the animas.
